Roads closed! Spent Christmas Eve at a Motel 6 in Shawnee

Santa was smart enough to toss gifts in the truck “just in case” we didn’t make it home
Santa’s elf called us and said he knew we were stranded…
Christmas breakfast with Scrooge
Got home at 2:00 on Christmas day

Celebrated
...gave thanks for a safe trip home and a Christmas we will NEVER forget!

oh my, good thing Santa was so smart to know you might be stranded!!!! I love that they left him gummy bears....so sweet!
Glad you made it safely! Your kids will never forget this Christmas. I am impressed with the bringing of gifts "just in cas". I can't say I would have thought that far ahead!
